Prayer Times in Turkiye

Daily Fajr, Dhuhr, Asr, Maghrib and Isha times for 12 cities across Turkiye, each with a full twelve-month timetable, both Asr opinions and the local Qibla direction.

There is no such thing as one prayer time for Turkiye. Prayer times follow the sun, so they change with longitude and latitude within a country as much as they change with the calendar. On Sunday, 30 August 2026, Maghrib across the cities listed here spans 0 hours 53 minutes — from 18:59 in Diyarbakir to 19:52 in Izmir. All of them share a single timezone, Europe/Istanbul (UTC+03:00). Pick your own city below rather than relying on the capital's timetable.

Which calculation method is used in Turkiye?

Nour Daily resolves Turkiye to the Turkey method, maintained by Diyanet Isleri Baskanligi (the Turkish Presidency of Religious Affairs). The official timetable followed in mosques across Turkiye. Diyanet applies its own fixed per-prayer corrections on top of the angle calculation, so its times differ by several minutes from a generic calculation at the same coordinates.

Every city page below shows the resulting times alongside both Asr opinions, so a Hanafi and a non-Hanafi reader can use the same table. If your mosque follows a different authority, the app lets you change the method and the whole timetable moves with it.

More cities are added as the existing pages prove useful. If your city is missing, Nour Daily still covers it: the app carries an offline index of over seven thousand cities.

Accuracy

Calculated times can differ by a few minutes from local mosque timetables. Mosques commonly round to five minutes, add a margin to Fajr, or apply a local correction agreed by their committee. Where a mosque near you publishes a timetable, follow that; these pages are for planning and for travel.
