Terms of Service

Welcome

Welcome to Nour Daily. These Terms of Service govern your use of the Nour Daily app and website. Please read them carefully.

Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using Nour Daily, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you may not use the app. These Terms apply to all users of the app.

Islamic Content Disclaimer

The ayat, hadith, du'as, and other Islamic content provided in Nour Daily are drawn from the Quran and authenticated sources for the purpose of spiritual guidance and daily remembrance. This content is not a fatwa or formal religious ruling, and Nour Daily does not act as a religious authority. Prayer times are calculated estimates based on the location and method you select and may differ from your local mosque; always verify against a trusted local source. For matters of religious significance or jurisprudence, please consult a qualified Islamic scholar.

Accounts

Nour Daily requires a free account so your settings and preferences can be synced and restored across devices. You are responsible for keeping your account credentials secure and for all activity under your account. You must provide accurate information when creating an account.

Reminders and Notifications

Nour Daily schedules daily reminders and prayer notifications locally on your device. Delivery depends on your device's system settings, power state, and operating system behaviour, and cannot be guaranteed to arrive at an exact time. Nour Daily is not a substitute for your own diligence in observing prayer times.

Acceptable Use

You agree not to use Nour Daily for any unlawful purpose, to attempt to gain unauthorised access to the service, to interfere with the proper functioning of the app, or to reverse-engineer any part of the service.

Intellectual Property

All content, features, and functionality of Nour Daily — including the app design, artwork, wallpapers, and brand — are owned by us and protected by applicable intellectual property laws. Quranic text and hadith are public domain religious scripture presented for spiritual use.

Limitation of Liability

Nour Daily is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from your use of the app, including reliance on calculated prayer times or missed or delayed notifications.

Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. When we do, we will update the date at the bottom of this page. Continued use of Nour Daily after changes are published constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms.
